Great location with good restaurants nearby

Unbelievably good location - easy to get around Rome, safe and perfect for the Spanish Steps. Staff were very helpful. Honestly can say I've never stayed in a hotel this good for the money.

Service was very good, the building and accomodations are brand new or was recently renewed..

Breakfast could be a lot better ...

Great location, close to transportation hub and restaurants. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and had a small but functional bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient with a good selection of pastries.

The overall decor was outdated and did not match the 4-star rating. The room was quite small and did not offer any additional amenities beyond the bare essentials.

I asked for a room with a bathtub and this was specifically allocated and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous.

Mattress was not firm/supportive. I would wake with back pain every morning. Some of the staff spoke no English, making it hard to communicate. We had no hot water on the last morning of our stay. I had to shower in cold water.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to access all the main attractions in Rome. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale, with many other hotels that are much more expensive. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with air conditioning and excellent shower facilities. The staff is helpful and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options include a variety of choices, such as fruit, cheese, meat, and cereal, and there are tea and coffee options available as well.

One reviewer mentioned that the hotel could benefit from some updating, including the bed being uncomfortable and the bathroom fixtures needing improvement.

hotel was small which meant that our room was very close to the reception desk,which means privacy is at a minimum

The breakfast buffet selection was very small and was defiantly not worth paying for. Staff were a little rude at times. You always felt. You were putting them out by asking for simple things. Whilst the wi fi is free it is limited to two slots. The room we had was supposed to be double but it was quite small
